Accounting Administrative Assistant - Prescott, AZ

Davidson’s is seeking a full-time Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our Credit Department in Prescott, Arizona. This role offers excellent compensation and a comprehensive benefits package in a business-casual environment.

Responsibilities

• Review paperwork for completeness
• Enter credit application and supporting documentation into computer system
• Send credit reference requests and enter responses into computer system
• Communicate with account executives on information that is needed
• Assist with cash receipts, invoicing, and monthly statements as needed
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Pay

Starting pay is $19 per hour.
