About the role
At Weston Tax Associates, we focus on transparency and practice a professional approach to our work. We don’t have strict policies—we operate through a set of guidelines and expect you to act as a business owner inside the business. This role is a new addition to our expanding suite of services, with a primary focus on retail operations, though you will also work with clients across a wide span of industries.
Our experience tells us that the accounting department is full of action and generates a lot of laughter. We provide all the building blocks for you to be ultra-successful—it all starts with you.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Support retail operations clients while also serving businesses across various industries
- Apply tax-planning expertise to deliver tailored services that fit client needs
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an accountant or bookkeeper
- Extensive experience in retail operations
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with routine-driven decision-making
- Must live and have appropriate documentation to work in the U.S.
