Process accounts payable

• Ensure accurate and timely payment of accounts payable invoices
• Verify deposits from outlets and ensure all money is accounted for, including credit card deposits, EFT, and checks
• Count main safe at the beginning and end of the shift
• Supply money for department banks and tills and replenish accounting cage vault funds
• Reconcile petty cash, balancing for reimbursement and providing first line approval for payment
• Complete biweekly transmittal of payroll under the guidance of the Controller

Payroll Duties

• Create daily reports
• Review and record missed punches, tips, gratuities, vacation, sick leave, and other payments owed to associates

Tax Exempt Guest Information

• Compile daily tax exempt guest information
• Send information to the Controller no later than the close of business on the 7th of each month
