About the role
Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Accountant to join their Support Center team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will bring energy, partnership, and heart to the role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, including accruals and reclassifications for P&L and balance sheet
- Complete monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items with a problem-solving mindset
- Analyze monthly income statement fluctuations and provide insights
- Partner with Support Center teams on key initiatives
- Help drive process improvements and automation within accounting workflows
- Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Support audit requests by gathering and preparing documentation
- Jump in on special projects that support both field operations and internal teams
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (with at least 12 accounting hours)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with D365, Power BI, or Cadency (optional but preferred)

Pay
The pay range for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
