Accountant II: Grants

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with major coursework in accounting or finance
• Three (3) years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Fund accounting experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Public Finance Officer (CFPO)

Organizational Relationships

• Reports directly to – Assistant Financial Director
• Direct Reports – No

Physical Demands

• Prolonged sitting at a workstation
• Visual examination of documents
• Reaching, walking, twisting, bending, standing
• Occasional lifting/carrying

Environmental Factors

• Work primarily indoors in an air-conditioned environment
• Regular travel between work sites as required

Irregular Hours

• Work outside of the normal office hours (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) may be required
• May be deemed essential personnel in the event of an emergency
