Overview
DURATION: Indefinite; expected to last three to six months.
Position: Supervise the Human Services Plus procurement team (five staff members).
Responsibilities
- Cooking and prioritizing workloads.
- Recruiting new staff as needed.
- Evaluating and assisting staff.
- Leading and managing complex relationships.
- Strategically coordinating multiple projects in a self-directed manner.
- Overseeing the annual revision to the PCRB and PUR-1 rules.
- Finalizing and implementing a suite of CPCA sponsored purchasing trainings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with major course work in accounting, finance or a directly related field.
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible accounting or fiscal management experience.
- One (1) year of experience leading or supervising the work of others.
- A certificate (NIGP or NAPM) as CPPB is desired.
Qualifications
- Qualified current regular and probationary Multnomah County employees.
