Account Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales to maintain a clean and accurate open order file.
  • Communicate daily with sales, order management, and various operations departments to efficiently and accurately process, allocate and ship all customer orders based on specific retailer requirements.
  • Resolve sales and operational inquiries/concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain consistent contact with sales and operations teams regarding discrepancies, missing or incorrect order information, shortages, back in stock dates, etc.
  • Maintain working knowledge of account logistics and retailer requirements.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations.

Qualifications For Success

  • High School diploma and 2 years’ experience in sales support, account management, or a related role within the apparel industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in wholesale operations, import processes and distribution.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including intermediate to advanced Excel and data management (sorting/V-lookup and Pivot Tables).
  • Self-motivated individual must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively when working independently or in a team.
  • Must be analytical, detailed, and organized with excellent follow up skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate and succeed in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining a poise and a positive attitude.
