About the role
The Account Supervisor is the primary driver of program strategy and execution excellence. This role is responsible for translating strategic vision into actionable, integrated marketing plans and managing the campaign lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary business owner for assigned programs/campaigns, ensuring internal and external alignment.
- Develops recommendations that solve business objectives above and beyond contracted programs.
- Cultivates day-to-day client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and managing overall scope.
- Collaborates with Integrated Marketing to develop comprehensive plans and ensure execution remains on-strategy.
- Owes program-level budgets, metrics, and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Translates discovery into detailed strategy briefs and leads creative kickoffs for concepting.
- Supports the Account Director in consistent cross-selling through a pervasive knowledge of agency offerings and a deep understanding of client needs.
Requirements
- College degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of account management marketing agency experience.
- Agriculture marketing experience preferred.
- Skilled in program/campaign financial management and developing integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership and strong brand stewardship throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify roadblocks and develop creative solutions that keep programs on-track.
- Dedicated to meeting client KPIs and ensuring the agency delivers demonstrable ROI.
- Skilled in presenting, selling, and defending agency work to client stakeholders.
