About the Role
The Account Supervisor is a brand champion. They provide strategic input, tactical planning, and direction on their account while managing direct reports. The Account Supervisor builds and maintains positive, lasting client relationships by effectively achieving the client’s marketing objectives in a manner that results in agency profit.
Responsibilities
- Maintain constant, positive client contact with key clients.
- Ensure the client is kept apprised of all account activity, including ultimate responsibility for delivering accurate and timely written reports.
- Thoroughly understand, communicate, and advocate the agency’s point of view.
- Ensure everyone—client, account team, and other internal departments—remains focused on brand strategy and positioning.
- Supervise and effectively manage the production of client-approved marketing tools.
- Provide clear strategic direction to the creative team; evaluate creative work against strategic goals and offer constructive feedback to achieve breakthrough creative.
- Collaborate on the development of creative briefs.
- Act as a team leader: resolve conflicts, provide clear and fair direction, and offer feedback to junior account staff.
- Manage client demands in relation to budgets.
- Raise client awareness of how changes in direction affect estimates.
- Demonstrate financial knowledge and control over budgets, including a thorough understanding of contracts and their implications.
- Make sound decisions regarding job priorities and hours dedicated to projects.
Requirements
- Proven ability to provide outstanding client service.
- Experience with HCP (Healthcare Professional) brands or a willingness to learn.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities.
- Leadership experience with a desire to mentor junior team members.
- 1–2 years of managerial experience with direct reports.

Pay
Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 – USD $120,159.00/Annually. This range reflects the pay the Company believes it will offer at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, consistent with applicable law.
