About the Role
An Account Supervisor is responsible for executing the fundamentals of advertising with excellence—from providing thought leadership in strategic planning, to building during creative development, to ensuring the creative output achieves clients’ and the agency’s objectives. They deliver day-to-day work with excellence while building trust with all internal departments, clients, and partner agencies. They oversee any AEs/AAEs and manage up accordingly, providing day-to-day leadership and maximizing the client’s budget by looking for timely, strategic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner to create innovative, business solutions based on expert knowledge of the client’s business, industry, market trends, and encourage new ideas from direct reports.
- Act as a key client contact, overseeing all aspects of key projects of brand idea from initial concept through to execution.
- Communicate with client regularly to set project expectations, negotiate deliverables, and obtain updates on the client’s business.
- Manage ways to bring ideas to life across departments, gain support, and ensure ownership of all key stakeholders to execute project plans and productions on time and budget.
- Manage direct reports, fostering and enabling their growth and best performance.
- Make suggestions for broadening the range of strategies and tactics employed on a given project or brand.
- Ensure creative product is developed according to deliverables.
- Manage project scope and define project resource requirements.
- Maintain quality assurance and develop ideas for continuous improvement.
- Reinforce roles and accountabilities internally and with the client.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate sister agencies and ensure strategic alignment so that the best ideas get to market.
- Guide, advise, assist, and inspire all team members with the explicit goal of developing the next generation of account management talent at the agency.
- Apply understanding of key financial measures to brand management and use financial analysis to evaluate opportunities.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

Pay
Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
