We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. The posting includes pay range: target total cash compensation range $106,400 - $197,600 USD. So we need a Pay section with that info. Schedule? Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule heading. Benefits: there is a "What’s in it For You?" section with hybrid work model, flexibility, career development, benefits, culture, social impact, making a real-world impact, then details about benefits. So we need Benefits section with that content. Also there is "About Us" but that is not required heading; we could maybe put under About the role? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should include About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe required qualifications). Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications). Skills (maybe combine required/preferred? But we have both required and preferred qualifications; we could treat Required Qualifications as Requirements, Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications? Or we could have Requirements and Qualifications separate. The instruction says use those headings if there is real content. We have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. So we can map Required Qualifications to Requirements section, Preferred Qualifications to Qualifications section. Skills maybe not explicitly separate; but we could embed skills within those sections. However we could also create a Skills section if there is explicit skill list. There's mention of "Professional written and verbal English communication skills", "Strong customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills", etc. Those are within qualifications. Might be okay to not have separate Skills section if not distinct. But we have to decide: The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Required and Preferred into one Requirements section? But they said use headings like Requirements, Qualifications. Probably better to have both. Thus sections: - About the role: intro paragraph(s) describing role, mission, etc. - Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities (bulleted). - Requirements: Required Qualifications (bulleted). - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (bulleted). - Benefits: What’s in it For You? plus detailed benefits (maybe bullet list). - Pay: compensation range. We must not include Schedule. We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format as lists/paragraphs. Must not omit any substantive info. That's a lot. We need to capture everything from the job description: the introductory motivational sentences, the role description, the responsibilities list (each bullet), the required qualifications list (each bullet), the preferred qualifications list (each bullet), the "What’s in it For You?" section (including hybrid work model, flexibility, career development, industry competitive benefits, culture, social impact, making a real-world impact, then the detailed benefits paragraph about Thomson Reuters US benefits). Also the "About Us" paragraph at end? That is substantive info about company; we could include under About the role or maybe a separate About Us section but not in prescribed headings. Since we only have prescribed headings, we could incorporate About Us into About the role section (makes sense). Also the EEO statement and accommodation info is boilerplate; we should remove. Also the fraud warning and accommodation email etc is boilerplate; remove. Also the "Learn more on how to protect yourself from fraudulent job postings here." etc remove. Also the "More information about Thomson Reuters can be found on thomsonreuters.com" maybe borderline but it's not substantive about role; could be considered boilerplate; we can remove. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we capture all unique substantive content. Let's extract content.
