Account Specialist
About the role
The Customer Support Supervisor leads a team of partners who provide account support for Cintas' largest customers and most elevated sales partners. The team focuses on data analytics, prospecting/existing business support, researching customer concerns, and providing recommended resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Data analytics and reporting
- Prospecting and supporting existing business relationships
- Researching and resolving customer concerns
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant business discipline
