Account Services Coordinator
About the role
This team works with their offshore vendor to help support client and customer needs. Customers have a current Annuity policy in force and they want to do something with it—money out, withdrawal on the contract, tax procedures, setting up income streams. This team is responsible for working reports to maintain controls, understanding why the reports are generated to look for a system gap. The onshore team handles all complex tasks, answers questions about tasks to process, and is considered Subject Matter Experts. They answer vendor partner questions, work complex tasks that come through, work controls reports, handle escalations from the contact center, and support key business partners that work with top‑producing FMOs. Responsiveness is important.
Responsibilities
- Works with offshore vendor to support client and customer needs.
- Assists customers with annuity policy transactions (money out, withdrawals, tax procedures, setting up income streams).
- Maintains controls by working reports and identifying system gaps.
- Handles all complex tasks onshore.
- Answers questions about task processing.
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for vendor partner inquiries.
- Processes complex tasks as they arise.
- Works controls reports.
- Manages escalations from the contact center.
- Supports key business partners associated with top‑producing FMOs.
- Maintains high responsiveness.
