About the role

As an Account Representative supporting Walker's Funeral Home in Chapel Hill, you will step into a role where your effort directly shapes your success. You will be trusted to own your market, supported by a strong team, and challenged to grow your craft every day.

  • Serve as an important liaison and main point of contact for one of our premier partner funeral homes.
  • Transform the way people experience loss while representing our groundbreaking model of Proactive Preneed®.
  • Guide families through important decisions, creating real impact while building trust and long-term connection.
  • Turn effort into performance and income: You'll be supported with leads, training, and a proven model so you can focus on improving your results, closing business, and growing your earnings.
  • Commit to your craft and keep getting better: Learn what works, apply it, and share it with the team.

Requirements

  • North Carolina Funeral Director License or ability to quickly obtain one required
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar field of study preferred
  • Ownership and internal drive: ability to take initiative, create momentum, and want your results to reflect your effort
  • Tenacity and consistency: drive to follow through, stay disciplined, and keep going when things get hard
  • Professional, team-first approach: ability to build trust, collaborate well with others, and contribute to a strong, respectful team environment

Benefits

  • Base salary + commission based on experience and ability (typically average $90,000-$120,000/annually)
