Compensation & Rewards

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000 – $200,000+ (First Year)
  • Base Salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
  • Uncapped Commission Structure: 15% Commission on Gross Margin (GM) for all Preventive Maintenance (PM) agreements. 10% Commission on Gross Margin (GM) for Service work and Projects.
