Account Representative (Medical RCM EDI Software)

Responsibilities

• Aid clients with setup, implementation, and daily operations of the Quadax electronic claims processing software, Xpeditor.
• Be prepared and capable of training staff on product features and everyday use.
• Read and analyze multiple reports to identify billing trends for clients.
• Present clients with additional products and features.
• Contact insurance payers to research reasons for unpaid or edited claims.
• Aid clients in creating custom data converts and testing these upon implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Show detail-oriented skills and have good investigative and software troubleshooting abilities.
• Be able to multitask and maintain a professional relationship with multiple clients.
• Have a jack-of-all-trades mindset and be able to understand various departments and teams behind the Quadax product.
• Show sufficient public speaking skills.
• Previous remote work experience is preferred.
• Be willing to travel approximately 30%-50% of the time.
• Maintain confidentiality.
