Account Partner - Crossix Audiences
About the role
Veeva Systems is seeking an Account Partner to join the Veeva Crossix Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a strong interest in pharmaceutical marketing. They should have 3+ years of experience in selling media, audience data, TV/CTV, programmatic platforms in the life sciences industry or closely related fields. A fast learner with a firm grasp of the digital media/marketing landscape is essential. The role requires a creative problem solver who can work effectively within a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of Crossix's offerings, competitive advantages, and processes.
- Communicate these effectively to prospects and customers.
- Manage pipeline using CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure.
- Work in close partnership with solution consultants to manage successful client deployments and ensure ongoing high client satisfaction, renewal, and deep penetration of customer organizations for incremental business.
- Stay current with industry trends; engage customers, address their business challenges, and propose solutions.
Requirements
- Passionate about healthcare with a strong interest in pharmaceutical marketing.
- A strong connection to Veeva's mission.
- 5+ years of overall business experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in digital advertising, technology businesses, healthcare data/consulting.
- A fast learner, staying at the forefront of an evolving industry.
- An educator and business consultant, teaching clients about maximizing potential with Crossix.
- Highly organized with accurate logging of all sales activity and prospecting in Salesforce.
- Understanding of the digital media/marketing landscape and ability to articulate strategic insights based on data and research.
- A creative problem solver, able to remain calm under pressure and thrive in an atmosphere of change.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals while contributing to the success of the team.
- A strong understanding of digital media and ad tech ecosystem.
- Eagerness to work in a startup team environment that will be rapidly changing.
- A BS or BA degree is required.

Pay
Base pay: $80,000 - $300,000. The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. The position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
