Missions
- Possess significant experience in sales development.
- Prospect new companies and win new customers.
- Follow existing customers and increase business with them.
- Meet and exceed sales revenue and margin targets.
- Prepare quotations and carry out commercial negotiations.
- Cope with the communication between our customers and different departments (Engineering, quality, customer service).
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and assist in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
- Use, update, record all developments with prospects and customers on the CRM.
- Report frequently to the management about the sales results, target achievements, and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- High energy level, self-motivated, and able to work independently without day-to-day instruction.
- Effective territory management skills.
- Internet research skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Some administrative reporting duties necessary.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if proven experience.
- A technical degree will be of benefit, but not required if proven technical sales experience.
