Overview
Ripping provides a comprehensive platform for businesses to manage HR, IT, and Finance functions in one place. Key features include streamlined onboarding processes and a focus on customer engagement and retention.
Location
We are currently based in San Francisco, CA, with offices in Austin, TX; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; and Seattle, WA. This role must be based in one of these offices.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and retention for Rippling’s largest and most strategic accounts
- Proactively engage customers through key lifecycle events
- Field customer requests and advocate for their needs cross-functionally
- Consult with clients to understand their HR, IT, Finance, and global workforce management needs
- Build and manage a pipeline of new subscriptions, upgrades, and contract renewals
- Develop and demonstrate a broad knowledge of Rippling’s products
- Partner with technical and other Rippling stakeholders to devise account plans and strategies
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of SaaS experience in account management, sales, or customer success
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota
- Competitive and creative drive to win alongside customers
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term commercial relationships
- Highly effective communicator with excellent emotional intelligence
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- High integrity; enthusiastic about building a great company for the long term
Qualifications
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota via new product sales and upgrades
- Experience running sales discovery, demos, and structured sales processes
- Experience managing multi-year renewals

Pay
Office-Based: $250,000/year OTE
Schedule
This role requires being based in an office at least three days a week.
