Account Manager (Social First Agency)

About the role

Young With Solutions is the fastest-growing TikTok agency in the world. 100+ clients, 40-50 staff, $250M+ in managed ad spend, and brands like Converse, Shopify, Duolingo, Notion and Amazon on the roster. We're hiring an Account Manager to own client relationships and grow into leading the account function as Account Director. This is an explicit progression path, not a job title with vague upside.

Progression path

• Account Manager ($45–50K): understand and escalate. Your clients are confident, onboarded fast, delivery runs smoothly.
• Senior Account Manager ($60–65K): diagnose and resolve. Your pod is stable and commercially sound.
• Account Director ($90–95K): own the business unit. Your pods grow profitably without you in the weeds.

Every promotion is earned against clear gates, clear comp and clear accountability.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day relationships across a pod of ~12 clients
• Coordinate delivery across creators, media buyers and shop operators
• Lead client onboarding, fast and clear
• Keep weekly client updates tight: wins, risks, next steps
• Build literacy across TikTok Shop, creators, affiliates and paid media
• Escalate intelligently, with context

What you'll need

• Agency account management experience (social, ecom or digital)
• Comfort with the TikTok commerce stack, or the drive to learn it fast
• Strong client communication and commercial awareness
• The organisation to manage 12 clients with nothing slipping
• Ambition to grow into leadership

You won't need to be a specialist media buyer or creator manager, and you don't need prior Account Director experience. That's what you'll grow into.
