We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (but we should not repeat job title as heading; we have "About The Role" heading in source; we can use

About the Role

then prose). Then Responsibilities: we have "Key Responsibilities" with sub-bullets. Use

Responsibilities

then
  • ... each bullet. Should we separate subcategories? Probably combine all responsibilities into list items. Could also have subheadings but not required. Use

for prose sections like About the role, Qualifications, Mindset, Company Description, Why Join OneHum? Actually "Why Join OneHum?" includes bullet-like benefits: Competitive Salary plus performance bonus Benefits: 401k Match, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Social Events Culture: Direct, fast-moving, team-focused, and creatively driven Career Growth: Exposure to agency operations and a clear path to Account Manager and outside sales. This is not a list but we can format as

    • Competitive Salary plus performance bonus
    • Benefits: 401k Match, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Social Events
    • Culture: Direct, fast-moving, team-focused, and creatively driven
    • Career Growth: Exposure to agency operations and a clear path to Account Manager and outside sales
    • . Also we have "Company Description" paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove "OneHum Group, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Competitive Salary plus performance bonus, Benefits: ... So we can include Benefits section? The rule: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Benefits into Why Join OneHum? but we already have Why Join OneHum? as a section. Could treat that as Benefits section. But we have heading "Why Join OneHum?" which is not in the prescribed list (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples but we can use other headings? Probably we should stick to those headings. So we should map content to those headings. "About the role" matches. "Responsibilities" matches. "Qualifications" matches (we have Qualifications Requirements). "Skills" maybe we can include preferred experience etc. "Benefits" matches the Why Join OneHum? benefits. "Pay" maybe we have Competitive Salary plus performance bonus - could be Pay. "Schedule" not present, so omit. "Requirements" maybe we can separate from Qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications Requirements:" then bullet list. Could treat that as Requirements. Then "Qualifications" maybe for preferred experience? But we can combine. We need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. That's six sections. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content: About the role: paragraph(s) from "About The Role" up to before "Key Responsibilities". That includes: "OneHum Branded sells branded merchandise programs, company stores, event kits and recognition programs to national brands and institutional clients. Every one of those orders has to be sourced, quoted, entered, proofed, produced, shipped and invoiced correctly, and the client has to feel taken care of the whole way through. That is this role. The Account Manager, Sales Support is the execution partner and day-to-day contact for a book of accounts. You turn a client's “we need 500 of these by the 15th” into a clean quote, a correct purchase order, an approved proof, a tracked shipment and a happy client, and you grow those accounts through reorders, program add-ons and product ideas. This is an inside role: most client conversations happen by email, phone and Zoom, and the job is won on accuracy, follow-through and deadlines." Responsibilities: list items from "Key Responsibilities" sections: Sales Rep Support & Order Execution, Sourcing, Quoting & Presentations, Production Tracking & Delivery, House Accounts: Inside Sales & Customer Service. Each has multiple bullet-like sentences. We'll combine into list items. Requirements: from "Qualifications Requirements:" bullet list: - 2+ years in account management, inside sales, customer service or order coordination in a B2B environment - Demonstrated accuracy under deadline pressure; you catch the wrong PMS color before the supplier does - Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable emailing clients and calling suppliers daily - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and the ability to learn order-management and CRM software quickly - Ability to manage 30+ open orders at once and keep every one of them moving Qualifications (preferred): "Preferred Experience at a promotional products distributor or supplier, strongly preferred Hands-on experience with ESP, SAGE, CommonSKU or a distributor order-management system Working knowledge of decoration methods, imprint areas and supplier production timelines Exposure to company stores / web stores, kitting programs or event merchandise Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic Adobe Acrobat / Illustrator for reviewing proofs" Mindset: paragraph about mindset. Could be part of Qualifications? But we have no section for Mindset; maybe we can include under Qualifications as additional bullet? But rule: only include sections when posting has real specific content. We could add a section "Mindset" but not in allowed list. Might be better to incorporate into Qualifications or Requirements as prose. However we must not invent sections not in list? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples but not exclusive? Usually they'd expect those headings. Safer to stick to those. So we can incorporate Mindset content into Qualifications or Requirements as a paragraph. Company Description: paragraph about OneHum Group. Could be part of About the role? But it's separate. Could be included under About the role? Might be better to have a section "About the company" but not in list. Could incorporate into About the role? Might be okay to add a section "Company Description" but not in list. The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use h3 for section headings (e.g. those). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map company description maybe under About the role? But About the role already describes role; company description is separate. Could we put it under "About the role" as a second paragraph? That would mix role and company but still okay. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can add a paragraph after role description about company. Why Join OneHum? includes benefits, culture, career growth. We can map to Benefits, Pay, maybe also Skills? But we have Pay section for salary, Benefits for benefits, culture and career growth maybe we can include under Benefits as extra list items or separate section "Culture" not allowed. Could incorporate culture and career growth into Benefits section as list items. Thus final sections:

      About the role

      ... role description ...

OneHum Group is a full-service creative and marketing agency that helps brands tell their unique stories in a constantly evolving marketing landscape. By aligning efforts around a brand's core truths, we deploy multi-channel campaigns — including direct mail, promotional products, and digital marketing solutions — with creative and strategic content that ensures impactful messaging. At OneHum, we unite a team of experts to amplify our clients' brands and leave a lasting impression.

      Responsibilities

      • Sales Rep Support & Order Execution: Enter client orders and generate supplier purchase orders in our order-management system with complete, accurate specs: item, color, quantity, decoration, imprint location, PMS colors, in-hands date, ship-to; obtain and reconcile supplier order acknowledgments; catch pricing, quantity or ship-date discrepancies before production starts; coordinate artwork with our creative team and route proofs to clients; secure written approvals and confirm proof accuracy against the order; keep sales reps informed on every open order so they never learn about a problem from the client first.
      • Sourcing, Quoting & Presentations: Research and source products against client objectives, budget and timeline using industry tools (ESP, SAGE, DistributorCentral) and preferred supplier relationships; request supplier pricing, decoration costs, production timelines and freight estimates; build accurate quotes and presentations for your accounts and for the sales reps you support; order, track and manage spec samples and virtual mock-ups for client review; maintain working knowledge of decoration methods (screen print, embroidery, laser, full-color, pad print) and their constraints.
      • Production Tracking & Delivery: Monitor every open order through production, decoration and shipment; keep live status current in our project management system; identify and resolve production or shipping risks before the client feels them; communicate changes clearly and early; coordinate drop-ships, split shipments, kitting and company-store fulfillment with our fulfillment team; resolve quality issues, shortages and misprints: document, secure supplier credits or reprints, and close the loop with the client.
      • House Accounts: Inside Sales & Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for assigned house accounts on new requests, order status, proofs, delivery and billing questions; work inbound leads and scheduled client meetings (mostly by Zoom); present product ideas, seasonal programs and reorder opportunities and close them; keep quotes, orders, proofs, approvals and correspondence organized in our order-management system and CRM; confirm invoicing accuracy at order close.

      • Preferred experience at a promotional products distributor or supplier, strongly preferred

      • Exposure to company stores / web stores, kitting programs or event merchandise
      • Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic Adobe Acrobat / Illustrator for reviewing proofs
