Job Description
Our client is seeking a driven, high-performance Account Manager to build and grow client relationships, support talent acquisition needs, and own business development in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This is a full sales cycle role with uncapped earning potential for someone who thrives under pressure and is motivated by results.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-10 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or a customer-facing role
- Demonstrated track record of tenure and growth, with 2-3 years of experience in recent roles strongly preferred
- Proven success in a high-performance, quota-carrying sales or business development role
- Strong prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline generation skills
- Competitive, financially motivated, and driven by uncapped earning potential
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication, objection handling, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality – you generate opportunity, not wait for it
- Coachable and resilient, with the ability to adapt quickly and operate with autonomy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
- Background in staffing, recruiting, technology sales, or consultative selling
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow a territory or book of business
- Prior experience in a commission-based, performance-reward culture
- Passion for technology, staffing, or solutions-oriented sales

Pay
$60,000 - $90,000 base uncapped commission
Schedule
Hybrid, 1 day in office per week
