About the Opportunity:The ACCOUNT MANAGER, PROGRAMMATIC RETAIL is responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns within the retail sector. This role ensures campaign performance and client satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams and managing day-to-day campaign activities. The position plays a key role in driving strategic programmatic initiatives and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused programmatic recommendationsManage daily campaign execution, optimization, pacing, and reportingSupport development and presentation of programmatic strategies to enhance client outcomesMaintain strong client communication and provide timely updatesAnalyze performance data to identify trends and resolve issuesMentor junior team members to support their developmentContribute to a positive team culture aligned with core valuesIntroduce new ideas and tools to improve innovation and workflows Requirements:Minimum 2 years of programmatic media experience, preferably with CTV, Display, and VideoExperience with retail marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, or Best BuyProficiency in major DSPs including The Trade Desk and DV360; familiarity with Ad ServersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience mentoring junior staff is advantageousAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Pay Range and Compensation Package:US Remote Range $65,000—$70,000 USD Benefits & Perks:Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage401(k) plan with matchingPaid time offPaid company holidaysParental leave Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
