Account Manager (Performance Marketing)
About the role
Fluent is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing account management team. In this role, you will use your performance marketing expertise, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, to provide superior client service, research, and market analysis. You will persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your clients, managing a large book of business while developing comprehensive strategies that drive revenue growth and long-term partnership success.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience managing a book of business within digital performance marketing
- Experience in the digital performance space
- Extremely organized and meticulous, as you will manage many campaigns simultaneously
- Exceptional communicator
- Attentive to client budgets, spend targets, conscientious of revenue pacing, experienced in exercising sales skills
- Excellent math/analytical skills
- High proficiency in Excel, ability to use functions to analyze complex data sets
- Proficiency in utilizing industry tracking software
- Excellent writing skills
- Self-motivated/ self-starter mentality
- Management experience preferred

Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
