Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to embed the platform as a key solution across partner workplace practices.
- Drive revenue growth across assigned strategic partner accounts through effective relationship management and solution selling.
- Establish and maintain strong C-level, sales, and product relationships within target global MSP/GSI organizations.
- Understand the business, solutions, and technical requirements of global MSP/GSI partners to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute business development and co-sell initiatives in collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Prepare and present regular business reviews to senior management on partner development progress, outcomes, and strategic adjustments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the MSP/GSI landscape to inform and adapt go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing, enabling, and supporting a partner community.
- 5+ years of experience with technology platform sales, preferably within the EUC industry.
- 5+ years in partner/business development, enterprise sales, and GTM strategy creation/management.
- Demonstrated experience working in or closely with major MSP/GSI organizations.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level meeting facilitation skills.
- Comfortable carrying and achieving performance-related targets.
