Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, develop relationships, and close sales opportunities.
- Research industry trends, provide product feedback, and analyze competitors.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and develop proposals and contracts.
- Serve as the primary contact for program partners and support customer training.
- Become a subject matter expert in lithium-ion batteries, power conversion, and avionics systems.
- Participate in trade shows and travel up to 25% as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of aviation sales experience, preferably with electrical and avionics systems.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail, organized, results-oriented, and a problem-solver.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Private Pilot’s License or similar aviation certification.
