Account Manager - Missouri

Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Travel to locations including customers, vendors, and Domino offices
• Be instrumental in achieving consistent on-target performance
• Coverage of minimum two sales calls per day
• Liaise with existing customer base to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide regular, timely monthly reports on business activity
• Support and assist other members of the Sales Team to achieve North America Sales target
• Perform on-site demonstrations of Domino technology when required
• Show a clear understanding of Domino’s range of products and a strong knowledge of competitor offerings
• Show proficiency in the disciplines associated with The Domino Sales System (DSS)
• Execute competitor penetration projects
• Document feedback on all sales leads in Salesforce
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions as appropriate
• Minimize irrecoverable costs due to incorrect specification of work (follow clean-in practices)
• Ensure daily use and updating of Salesforce
• Follow up on all business actions promptly and diligently
• Leverage commercial specialists including: BDMs, NAMs, PMMs, etc.
• Ensure necessary paperwork and emails are provided for every quotation sent
• Present a professional image of Domino using multimedia sales aids and other tools (e.g., ShowPad)
• Develop efficient sales plans to maximize time and territory zone management
• Regularly report business expenses and mileage
• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers
• Build a close working relationship with local Customer Service Engineers
• Leverage Sr. Account Manager expertise for application, product, and strategy

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or an Associate’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience
• Valid Driver’s License required
• At least two years of sales experience required, coding and marking sales experience preferred

Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Able to work with different levels of employees/customers
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for help when necessary

Physical Demands

Light work. Light work involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a small amount of force constantly to move objects. Pushing, pulling, stooping, reaching, gross/fine manipulation, driving, kneeling, crawling, and climbing may be required.
