About The Role

CountryPlace Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking an Account Manager to help grow our Servicing Department. This in-person role is in our Plano, TX office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Negotiate repayment and financial plans
• Educate clients on resolution options
• Resolve financial discrepancies
• Counsel borrowers on options for meeting their obligations
• Inform customers of their payment status and timelines for repayment
• Address questions, complaints, or suggestions
• Document systems with all activities and communications
• Meet and exceed budget
• Contact relevant parties via phone calls
• Employ a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Demonstrate a professional work ethic in all facets of completing work duties
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) nice to have (not required)
