About the role
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the Midwest region. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and problem-solving sessions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by attending industry events and networking with potential clients.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet client expectations.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our products/services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience using CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
