Summary
HighRadius is seeking an Account Manager to join its mid-market expansion team. This role involves account management and end-to-end sales cycles, focusing on showcasing AI-powered solutions to finance leaders at companies with <$1B revenue.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultative, trusted advisor to a portfolio of HighRadius customers, developing and closing new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with executive leaders and key client stakeholders to understand pain points and develop business cases for finance transformation using HighRadius solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and monthly recurring revenue quotas.
- Manage and forecast sales activity and opportunities by flawlessly executing the HighRadius sales process and playbook.
- Partner with internal HighRadius teams to coordinate communication and action plans for desired outcomes.
- Attend in-person meetings on client sites and industry events to build and manage relationships with the customer base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a value-based sales model, preferably in IT Services & Consulting or SaaS industry.
- Ability to communicate value to senior-level executives and build strong strategic relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing strategic, consultative selling tactics and techniques.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to client sites and industry events.
