Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers
- Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and adherence to coding standards
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Contribute to the design and development of new features and products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with databases and database management systems
- Knowledge of software development tools and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js)
- Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
