About the role

The Account Manager will own relationships with our top buyers and help drive demand across the PSA Exchange Marketplace. This role blends relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic growth planning within one of the fastest-growing parts of the Collectors ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of PSA Exchange buyers, developing tailored strategies to grow their businesses
  • Monitor buying performance and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Guide new sellers through setup, best practices, and marketplace tools to ensure smooth adoption and success
  • Advises accounts on pricing, inventory strategy, and other opportunities to improve conversion and buying velocity
  • Represent account needs internally by surfacing insights and feature requests that improve PSA Exchange performance and usability
  • Support special programs, campaigns, or events designed to drive awareness and participation in PSA Exchange

Requirements

  • Deep experience and familiarity with trading cards
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including external, and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
  • 2–5+ years of experience in account management or client success (preferably in eCommerce, collectibles, or B2B SaaS)

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to travel up to 10%

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of trading card market trends

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.

Schedule

This role can be performed remotely or in the office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process. Travel of up to 10% is required for this role.
