Responsibilities
- Possess and build a strong sales pipeline with new and existing corporate accounts.
- Lead the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing and account renewal.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions to customer challenges.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate sales records and forecasts through regular Salesforce updates.
- Engage in direct client meetings via in-person or virtual platforms.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred with at least 4 years of direct field sales experience, ideally in the corporate sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, particularly in selling complex software solutions.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives using a consultative, solution-selling approach.
- Skilled in managing detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic about prospecting and able to handle the entire sales cycle independently.
- Ability to develop and execute account plans for business growth.
