Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts while building genuine, lasting relationships
- Generate new business through outreach, follow-up, and consultative selling
- Serve as the primary point of contact, guiding projects from estimate through delivery
- Translate client goals into effective print, signage, and marketing solutions
- Juggle multiple projects at once, keeping clients and production teams aligned
- Prepare estimates, enter orders, and monitor timelines using project management tools
- Advises clients on products and services that best fit their needs
Requirements
- 2+ years in print, signage, marketing services, or a related field — candidates with print or signage experience will be given priority consideration
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines without dropping details
- Experience managing and growing B2B client relationships
- Comfort with sales activities, including outreach and closing
- Clear, professional communication — written and verbal
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (PrintSmith, Salesforce, or similar)
- Bonus: wide-format print, direct mail, branded merchandise, or event graphics experience
