Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with Strategic Customers (End Users and Tier 2-3 EPCs) from a corporate perspective.
- Build and leverage relationships across the customer enterprise in functional areas such as Engineering, Manufacturing and Maintenance, and Operations and Executive engagement.
- Understand customer business objectives to align with Yokogawa capabilities and solutions.
- Implement solutions that contribute to customer business objectives in a meaningful and measurable way.
- Increase Yokogawa business footprint in an assigned group of accounts and focus on growth and new business development within the territory.
- Acquire new logo accounts through advanced solutions in new accounts.
Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Engineering Technology/ Business Management
- 5+ years in the industrial automation industry selling integrated/network-based process control systems, safety instrumented systems, advanced solutions software applications, and after-market support services.
- Location: Alabama to cover and travel throughout the state and additional regional accounts in GA, TN, FL, and MS.
- Experience with technologies such as DCS, SIS, PLC’s, SCADA as well as methods of measuring pressure, temperature and flow and analytical systems.
- Familiarity with customer organizations such as Operations, Engineering and Maintenance in industries such as Refining, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Water, and Power Generation.
