Responsibilities
- Conducts market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategy.
- Develops and executes short- and long-term tactical sales plans for assigned accounts.
- Drives field sales performance through actionable business plans that deliver customer value.
- Builds and strengthens customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and resolving issues.
- PARTNERS WITH MARKETING TO LAUNCH NEW PRODUCTS, PROGRAMS, AND CHANNEL-SPECIFIC PROMOTIONS TO INCREASE MARKET SHARE.
- Develops new customers while expanding revenue through sales and promotional opportunities with existing accounts.
- MANAGES KEY ACCOUNT INITIATIVES INCLUDING PROJECTS, PRODUCT LINE REVIEWS, AND SALES EXPANSION OPPORTUNITIES.
- PROVIDES PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE TRAINING AND COMMUNICATES CRITICAL CUSTOMER AND MARKET INSIGHTS TO INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 years retail account experience in sales or marketing
- Ability to travel up to 50%

Pay
Compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
Schedule
On occasion, the incumbent may be required to travel up to 60% and maintain a valid drivers license.
