Account Manager II
Job Summary
Pursues and achieves new sales by building strong relationships and exhibiting outstanding initiative. Works collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve individual and department goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required
- Licensed Insurance Agent [Massachusetts] preferred
- 3+ years of account management experience required
- Strong relationship management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deep client management experience
- Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and planning skills
Essential Functions
- Builds and maintains relationships in order to grow business
- Acts as a customer advocate in providing assistance to resolve client's issues
- Proactively assess client’s needs and develop solutions to exceed client expectations
- Develops annual account plans and recommends strategies for account growth and retention
- Collaborates with account support teams and other internal departments as necessary to resolve client issues
