About the role
The Account Manager will manage and grow an established book of business while driving growth within the territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with fabricators, designers, architects, and builders
- Develop strategic sales plans to increase market penetration
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
- Cook up with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain reporting on account activity
- Promote product knowledge and assist with showroom displays and customer education
- Participate in industry events and local professional organizations to expand brand presence
- Collaborate with leadership on territory planning and sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience within building materials, stone, surfaces, or related industries
- Proven ability to manage accounts and grow revenue within a territory
- Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
- Producer mentality with a hunter mindset for new opportunities
- Ability to travel regionally within the assigned territory
- Preferred degree, but industry experience is valued more than education

$65,000 – $75,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus ($2K–$3K)
