About the role

Join our mission to create comfortable, sustainable, and efficient climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. As an Account Manager at Trane Technologies, you will drive business growth by building strong customer relationships and ensuring maximum revenues.

Responsibilities

  • Generate budgeted sales and manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to identify long-term, mutual support requirements.
  • Identify customers' problems and needs and create a dynamic action plan to meet them.
  • Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, services, promotion, etc.
  • Daily territory travel required with some overnight travel.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Development in lieu of degree or Associate’s Degree (AA).
  • Successful experience in Business Development and Sales.
  • CRM/Salesforce experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included.

Annual Base Salary Range: $72,600.00 - $143,220.00
