About the role

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and growing university relationships, serving as a key point of contact for both internal teams and university stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing, managing, executing, and analyzing various enrollment management and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service and work quality while demonstrating attention to detail, flexibility, and innovation in resolving problems quickly.
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Build trust and foster long-term partnerships that contribute to the success of both EDDY and university partners.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report the level of partner and internal teams' satisfaction and recommend appropriate corrective action as required.
  • Manage budgeting, review performance metrics, pacing, and forecasting for the partner and internal teams.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal resources working on partner schools and communicate strategy and direction for partner schools to internal resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field of study (a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
  • Organized, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver.
  • Advocate both internally and externally for solutions required to drive business outcomes and ensure client performance expectations are met.
  • Ability to establish trust and collaborate with others both internally and with external partners.
  • Results-driven, with exceptional team-building skills.
  • Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Open-minded and eager to expand business knowledge across multiple departments.
  • Excellent written and communication skills; strong presentation skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email.
  • Able to work successfully in a predominately remote environment.

Skills

  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • An understanding of the Higher Education and Post-Secondary Education sector.
  • Media and integrated marketing savvy.
  • Proven ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Able to develop and manage performance metrics.
