Account Manager - Developmental Sales Representative

About the role
As a Snap-on Sales Solutioneer, you will use your sales and problem-solving skills to help business partners become more productive. This fully commission-based role offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base expense, commissions, and sales bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Work with business partners to understand their needs and develop unique solutions using Snap-on’s product offerings.
- Build and enhance relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, including both established and new customers.
- Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
- Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
- Review customer activities quarterly with a Team Leader or Sales Manager to strategize ways to maximize sales volumes or grow the territory.
Requirements
- Proven track record of prior goal achievement, including increased sales and customer growth.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with comfort presenting to all levels of an organization.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Pay
This is a fully commission-based role with an average expected salary range of $65,000–$100,000 annually, depending on the territory. Additional bonuses are available for achieving quarterly and annual sales plans. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
