About the role
As an Account Manager, Biotissue on the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team, you will call on OR, acute care, and post-acute facilities to promote key brands such as Grafix and Stravix for treating all types of wound injuries. This role is ideal for a bold, driven individual who strives to exceed quotas and consistently ranks at the top year over year.
Responsibilities
- Generate and execute a territory plan of action to attain and achieve sales goals using excellent sales skills, territory management, and customer relationships.
- Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products.
- Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups, including conducting product lunches and dinners for identified groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience, preferably within the OR setting.
- Proven track record of effectively presenting key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings.
- Strong analytical skills, including pipeline management, territory analysis, and territory management.
- Proven success with complex sales processes.
- Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision-makers within an account.
- Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).
- All field sales professionals must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with healthcare facility requirements, including adherence to any established vaccine protocols.

Pay
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered will be based on factors such as job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on performance against set targets.
