About the role

This role is part of the Travel Guard team, a leading travel insurance brand serving millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow high-impact relationships with key retail partners while acting as a trust advisor who drives account success, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic solutions, uncover new opportunities, and deliver innovative ideas that elevate client performance and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Own the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing business reviews.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business goals, driving growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance performance through training, process improvements, and strategic recommendations.
  • Introduce new ideas, tools, and product enhancements to support client success and business growth.
  • Lead client meetings to review performance, address challenges, and present new solutions and offerings.
  • Cross-functionally partner internally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Monitor market, competitor, and industry trends and activity to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, sales or related field, preferable within the travel or financial services industry. Proven record in managing small to medium sized accounts and achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills using a high level of professionalism and integrity. Excellent relationship building, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, results-orientated, accountable, with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Schedule

We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
