About the role

The Account Manager position at Pro Source of Las Vegas is responsible for growing sales by selling new memberships, cultivating existing Member accounts, and ensuring profitability of each assigned account. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, this role involves generating prospects, selling memberships, assisting in showroom promotions, and providing customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Generate prospects from an assigned marketing territory
  • Sell memberships to personal prospects
  • Maintain a level of professional knowledge about flooring products
  • Encourage new Members to activate memberships by making their first purchases
  • Aid in showroom promotions and events
  • Sell products to Members and their clients
  • Instruct Members on maintaining control of clients
  • Follow up on orders
  • Absorb and organize the showroom

Pay

  • Average first year salary of $65,000, uncapped commission

Schedule

  • Full-time, minimum 45 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (on a rotation schedule)
