Account Manager Role
Provide quick and friendly customer service either in person or over the phone to assist with questions, or taking and posting loan payments.
Prepare loan documents and manage the application process.
Create and maintain positive customer relationships and keep in contact with customers regarding their loan status.
Contact customers to help them get back on track if they have overdue payments.
Partner with Management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business.

Qualifications
Love working with people and providing positive customer service and sales experiences.
Outgoing personality and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
Occasional travel may be required.
