Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Provide tailored landscaping solutions to meet client requirements.
• Cook up with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports on account status to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, landscape contracting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pioneered problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in CRM software and tools.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Certifications in Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Pay

Visterra Landscape Group offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 annually + uncapped commission, but actual compensation will vary depending upon new hire experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is flexible to accommodate the needs of the client and the company.
