Account Manager

About the Role

Soni is partnering with a rapidly growing global SaaS organization seeking high-energy Account Managers to support and grow existing client relationships. This role focuses heavily on account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship management within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
• Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement
• Conduct client demos, presentations, and solution discussions
• Maintain strong customer relationships and retention
• Track pipeline activity, KPIs, and account performance within CRM tools
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer success
• Stay current on products, industry trends, and client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of Account Management, SaaS sales, or B2B sales experience
• Experience within KPI or quota-driven environments
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
• Comfortable working an early schedule (5AM–2PM)
• Strong energy, drive, and professional presence

Preferred Skills

• SaaS or software industry experience
• Experience with upselling/cross-selling existing accounts
• Product demo or presentation experience
• Experience in fast-paced or short sales-cycle environments
• Salesforce or similar CRM platform experience

Pay

$70,000 - $90,000 base salary with uncapped commission structure. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
