Responsibilities

• Manage the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.
• Provide lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of security and management experience required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must possess an active Unarmed DCJS license
• Able to stand post as needed
• Available to cover events and work weekends
