Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients, serving as a reliable contact between advertisers and internal creative and sales teams.
  • Cook up advertising timelines to keep projects on schedule and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage the workflow for print, digital, and newsletter advertising within the Newspaper Manager platform, including collecting assets, reviewing details, and securing final proof approval from clients.
  • Administer legal notice activity by gathering required information, preparing layouts in InDesign, producing affidavits, and supporting related billing needs.
  • Partner with sales representatives to keep advertising inventory current and aligned with active client commitments.
  • Review flat plans and confirm orders are entered correctly so placements reflect approved schedules and specifications.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, client services, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Background supporting B2B sales activity or working closely with sales teams in a service-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling inbound client requests and providing timely, attentive follow-up.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and systems used to track orders, approvals, and production workflows.
  • Experience with advertising operations, print media, digital campaigns, or newsletter coordination is preferred.
