About the role
The ideal candidate is a data-driven, service-oriented thinker laser-focused on ramping their knowledge of account workflows, campaign performance, and direct mail marketing strategy. They must thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, show confidence communicating within the team and with our highly knowledgeable partners. Once a new client is signed, Account Managers work hand in hand with our Sales and Operations teams to on-board, manage, and scale accounts in ways that help clients achieve their goals through highly optimized acquisition, retention, and retargeting direct mail campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to on-board, manage, and scale accounts
- Support clients in achieving their goals through highly optimized direct mail campaigns
- Provide training and consulting to build engagement and trust with clients
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement repeatable processes and optimized learning strategies
- Ensure clients are set up for long-term success
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role, with excellent written and in-person customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability supporting an internal lead, manager, or account owner
- Experience in digital media, direct mail, ad operations, or working with advertisers on a programmatic platform with a focus on managing advertising campaigns, leveraging platform capabilities, and/or driving campaign performance
- Ability to respond quickly to client needs, providing training and/or consulting in ways that build engagement and trust
- Adept at time management, while being consistently detail-oriented, responsive to customers, and thoughtful about the impact of your work on the business
- Well-organized with project management experience, and a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks across multiple jobs and accounts to meet deadlines and evolve operational excellence
- Skilled communicator, who can provide anticipatory support, be proactive in their own development, present data-driven results, and respond appropriately to client questions or escalations
- General understanding of statistical significance, machine learning, and/or previous work with data visualization tools is a plus
